Jogging

I went jogging this morning and less than 5 minutes I was sweating like a pig. This..jogging thing..it was tiring and hard and depressing and I wanted it to be over soon. Only I couldn’t find the exit. For the love of God where is it? The time I spent jogging power walking was spent looking for the exit, it lasted several laps btw. Sweet baby Jesus I’ve no head for directions.

Is this karmic retribution? Is this suffering repayment for the times I’ve taken thy name in vain? There’s this thing too that hurts my eye. Sunlight they say.

I followed a tired looking couple in the hopes they would lead me to the exit. They did too.

Thank you God now I can go back to sleep.
